Terry Rozier Reveals His Thoughts On Playing For The Knicks

After being eliminated by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the playoffs, Boston Celtics player Terry Rozier expressed his frustrations with the franchise. Rozier went so far as to say that he would consider leaving the team in the offseason should the roster stay the same. In a recent report from from NBC Sports Boston, it was revealed that the New York Knicks would be one of the teams looking at Rozier should he decide to part ways with the Celtics.

While appearing on ESPN’s Jalen and Jacooby, Rozier was asked about the prospect of playing for the Knicks where he gave a glowing review of the franchise and their potential.

“I definitely can,” Rozier said when asked if he saw himself playing for them one day. “This is a great organization. Everybody knows about the New York Knicks, their sports market, everybody knows about the city of New York. It’d be great.”

Rozier went on to talk about what he looks for in a team and how he hopes to be treated moving forward now that he’s an established player in the league.

“Just looking for a team that’s going to let me be myself, a team that treats me like family and just go from there,” Rozier said. “I’m not a hard person to work with. I’m a team-first type of guy. Whoever I decide to make that decision with, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be great.”
