The original album named “Harakka Bialoipokku” was released on Love Records (LRLP 118) in Finland 1974. A good vinyl copy is hard to get, actually there is a more or less poor copy available under http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?release_id=583672&ev=rb
As shown on the video, the vinyl album was re-released under “B The Magpie” on Island Records (V 2036) in the UK 1975.

The album is a Fusion-Jazz orientated concept album. Ultimately this album is a tribute to life and the joy of being alive.
“Sekoilu Seestyy” (on UK release titled “Madness Subsides” but apparently translates from Finnish as “confusion calms”) is an outstanding piece of music … not only for this album. It also deserves a special mention because it presents one of the best bass guitar solos and one of the few bass solos in Pekka Pohjola’s discography.
If you are interested in a CD copy be sure to get the more recent Japanese CD edition on Belle Antique label (BELLE 071336 in 2007) which features splendid remastered sound, and a lovely recreation of the outstanding cover art in mini-lp sleeve.
