Migos Slam Claim That They Stole Clothes In $1M Lawsuit: Report
Migos have found themselves in a whole lot of legal trouble in the past few years since their ascent into the limelight. While Offset’s arguably had to deal with the most lawsuits, time to time Quavo and Takeoff have been dragged into the legal feuds as well. The three Migos members were hit with a lawsuit by a designer who claims the rappers ran off with clothes they were loaned for a lawsuit but Migos have shut down those claims.

Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset have responded to a lawsuit filed by designer Marcus Clark who claims that the Migos ran off with $20K worth of clothes. The Migos deny that they stole any clothes and further combatted Clark’s claim but saying they actually paid for the clothes and accessories Clark said was never returned. The three rappers deny that they committed fraud and demand that the entire case be thrown out.
Clark first sued the group in 2017 over the alleged unreturned clothes and accessories they used for Niykee Heaton’s “Bad Intentions” music video. Clark said he allowed the group to rock $20,471 worth of clothing and accessories. He sued them in order to get the entire $20K paid back as well as an additional $400,000 in general damages and another $600,000 in special damages.
Clark claims he tried to depose Quavo and Takeoff but both of them have dodged him.
