Kanye West’s Coachella Sunday Service Recording Has Reportedly Surfaced

Much was made about Kanye West and The Sample’s early morning Coachella performance of Sunday Service, as it ultimately made for one of the festival’s biggest highlights. In fact, the musical “sermon” went on to draw upwards of fifty-thousand parishioners, many of whom braved the crack of dawn to see Kanye’s congregation in the flesh. Exclusive though Sunday Service, particularly the super-sized Coachella variation, may be, Hypebeast has discovered an unofficial yet clear audio recording of the entire set, which you can livestream right here

The hour-and-a-half long performance features “All Falls Down,” “Lift Yourself,” “Father Stretch My Hands,” “Power,” “Father Stretch My Hands,” “Ultralight Beam,” “Water,” a DMX-led prayer, and much more. As it’s entirely possible the “album” gets removed, curious parties can check out the audio while you still can.

Despite the wholesome nature of Sunday Service’s music touching no shortage of fans, it seems as if the stream is on borrowed time to begin with. Hopefully, Kanye will explore bringing Sunday Service to streaming services in a high-quality, as it’s likely that many would appreciate having the soulful vibes at their disposal. What do you think? Are you happy to hear Yeezy on this wave?
