Floyd Mayweather to Cover Funeral Expenses for George Floyd
Money Mayweather is ensuring the late George Floyd is properly laid to rest. TMZ reports the Floyd family has accepted the offer of boxing legend Floyd Mayweather to cover the funeral expenses for Floyd.
There will be multiple services to celebrate the life of Floyd across the country, including Houston, Minnesota, Charlotte, and one more location that has yet to be named.
Mayweather was moved to cover the cost after finding Anzel Jennings, the CEO of the Money Team label, was a childhood friend of Floyd, Hollywood Unlocked details. Unlocked revealed Mayweather and Jennings had the conversation in a group chat, leading to Jennings speaking with the Floyd family.
