Damian Lillard’s Series-Winning Stare Sparks Hilarious Memes

Damian Lillard set the basketball world on fire Tuesday night, as he led the Portland Trail Blazers to a “Gentleman’s Sweep” against Russell Westbrook, Paul George and the OKC Thunder.

As you’ve likely already seen, or heard, Lillard went off for 50 points in Game 5, including a series-clinching 37-footer as time expired.

All the angles of Lillard’s epic game-winner and the footage of the crowd at Moda Center erupting, will be entrenched in the minds of Blazers fans and NBA fans alike for a long, long time. Lillard’s ultra calm reaction won’t soon be forgotten, either. 

As video footage and images of the series-clinching shot quickly went viral, so did Dame’s stone cold stare down as he was swarmed by his teammates. Naturally, the image went viral and the memes followed.
