Charles Barkley Says Celtics Are Done: ‘They Won’t Win Another Game’

The Boston Celtics enter Monday night’s pivotal Game 4 trailing the Milwaukee Bucks 2-1 in their second-round series – and if Charles Barkley’s prediction is correct, this will be the last time the C’s play at the TD Garden this season.

During Sunday night’s edition of Inside The NBA, Barkley declared the Celtics dead, telling his co-hosts that Kyrie Irving and co. will not win another game.

“The Boston Celtics are not going to win another game,” he said. “The Boston Celtics are not going to win another game.”

So who does Chuck have playing against the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals? He’s picking the Toronto Raptors to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers, but he seemed much less confident in that pick, as seen in the video clip embedded below.

After winning Game 1 by 22 points, the Celtics lost by 21 in Game 2 and dropped Game 3 on their home court by the final of 123-116.

Marcus Smart, who has not played since April 7, will be making his return to the lineup tonight as the Celtics look to even the series at 2-2. Game 4, airing on TNT, is set to tipoff at 7pm ET.
