Adrien Broner Hit With Restraining Order Over Homophobic Threats

Adrien Broner has been hit with a restraining order as a result of the threats he made against social media star Andrew C. Caldwell.

Broner posted a video earlier this week in which he described how he would shoot Caldwell in the face if he made a pass at him. Caldwell claims that Broner had been sliding into his DMs, though Broner has vehemently denied those allegations – as evidenced by his videotaped PSA.

“If any f*g, punk ass n**** come run up on me, trying to touch me on all that gay sh*t, I’m letting you know right now — if I ain’t got my gun on me, I’m knocking you the f*ck out.”

“If I got my gun on me, I’m shooting you in the f*cking face, and that’s on God and them. I’m not playing with none of these n****s. I don’t like gay sh*t.”

According to TMZ Sports, Caldwell filed a request for a temporary restraining order against Broner Thursday morning in St. Louis. The request was granted by a judge, and the boxer has been instructed to stay at least 500 feet away from Caldwell.

Additionally, both Broner and Caldwell are prohibited from posting nasty things about each other on social media.
