Actress Alyssa Milano Suggests Sex Strike To Halt Anti-Abortion Law

New reports by TMZ indicate actress Alyssa Milano has recently waged a war on the state of Georgia. The latter stems from the passing of a new law within the states of Georgia and five other states. The latter forbids women from ending a pregnancy as soon as doctors can track a heartbeat in the fetus. Heartbeats are generally detected within six weeks of pregnancy, at a time where the majority of women are unaware they are pregnant and usually find out until much later.

Furthermore, the actress stated via a shared post on Instagram: “Our reproductive rights are being erased.  Until women have legal control over our own bodies we just cannot risk pregnancy … JOIN ME by not having sex until we get bodily autonomy back.  I’m calling for a #SexStrike.  Pass it on.” Would a sex strike make a profound impact on the state of Georgia and so enough to call off the law? The states currently imposing similar laws include Ohio, Mississipi, Kentucky, Iowa, and North Dakota. The Georgia law is set to commence on January 2020.

This would not be the actress’s first time being vocal about women-related issues. Milano has repeatedly spoken up on public breastfeeding and how she felt the outrage surrounding it to be absurd.
