Response times

We respond to general and removal requests within 3 business days. Submissions take longer to review — typically two weeks, sometimes more during heavy submission cycles. Press and licensing inquiries are answered within a few business days.

Removals & corrections

If you are an artist whose music or image is on the station and you would like it removed, or if a news aggregation entry contains an error, send the URL and a short description of the change. We will action removals quickly. We do not require legal letters for routine artist removal requests.
