Trey Songz Arrested After Scuffle with Officer at Chiefs-Bills Game

Ohio Venue Cited for COVID-19 Violations After Trey Songz Performs at Indoor Concert With Over 500 Attendees

Everybody didn’t have a fun night in Kansas City. While the Chiefs were celebrating making it back to the Super Bowl, Trey Songz was arrested for engaging in a fight with a police officer.

According to TMZ, witnesses place the officer in the wrong leading to the struggle between Songz and the officer. The entire incident began after heckling fans and mistakenly the officer came over to Trey and began to get rough, leading to the singer defending himself.

After the struggle, Trey was placed in handcuffs, despite fans telling the officers they were in the wrong.

Songz was arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest, which both are classified as misdemeanors. In addition, he is facing assaulting a police officer, which is considered a felony. Songz is on a 24-hour hold, set to be released Monday night.
