Tory Lanez Arrested for Gun Charge During a Traffic Stop, Megan Thee Stallion Also in the Car

Tory Lanez was arrested for illegal gun possession in California over the weekend. TMZ reports The New Toronto rapper was pulled over and along with a gun, police also state Megan Thee Stallion was inside the car.

Hollywood Hills authorities responded to a disturbance outside of a home around 4:30 am on Sunday. Witnesses detailed an argument outside the house leading to shots being fired into the air and the vehicle fleeing the scene. Using the description provided, officers located the SUV, which had both rappers inside.

The report states Megan Thee Stallion had a cut on her foot, which was believed to have come from the broken glass on the floor of the SUV. She was taken to the hospital for treatment. She was listed as a “victim” by officers.

The search of the SUV led to the gun, which led to Lanez being booked for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, which is considered a felony.

TMZ also noted the two were partying with Kylie Jenner earlier in the night.
