Supreme x Jean Paul Gaultier Collection Revealed: Release Info

Supreme has teamed up with legendary designer Jean Paul Gaultier for their latest collaboration, which is set to launch this Thursday, April 11.

The Supreme x Jean Paul Gaultier collection consists of 17 different pieces, including a range of apparel, two pairs of Vans, a cologne and various accessories.

Gaultier recently spoke with Vogue about the upcoming line of Supreme gear.

“I have been including elements of sportswear in my collections from the very beginning. It has been one of my codes and my obsessions, I even developed a line ‘Junior Gaultier’ at the end of the 1980s [with that focus]. With Supreme, this inspiration will find its way to a new generation.”

According to Vogue, the apparel and accessories in the collection are actually inspired by the costumes Gaultier made for Madonna‘s Blond Ambition Tour in 1990. Bringing everything full circle, Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, has signed on to model the upcoming collab.

The Supreme x John Paul Gaultier collection will be available via Supreme’s online shop, as well as their brick and mortar locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London and Paris starting this Thursday, April 11.
