Soulja Boy Held In Custody Without Bail For Alleged Probation Violation

Soulja Boy’s experiencing a major comeback in the rap game. I mean, he technically never left but it did feel like his presence was missing from the game over the past few years. He’s expected to drop a new project next week but unfortunately, it looks like he’ll be behind bars when it’s released.

According to TMZ, Soulja Boy’s been taken into custody after a judge determined that he violated his probation in numerous ways. The rapper was in L.A. court earlier today when the judge made the decision. The judge’s ruling was based on the fact that Soulja Boy failed to complete his court-ordered community service hours. They also claimed that Big Soulja conspired to falsify evidence to make it seem that he did complete it.

This whole ordeal stems from a raid that was executed on Soulja Boy’s San Fernando Valley home earlier this year. Police said that they went to his house to investigate allegations made by one of his ex-girlfriend’s who said that he tied her up and held her captive in his garage. The judge said that the police found firearm ammunition in his home which is a massive problem since Soulja Boy was sentenced to five years of probation in 2014 for a weapon case.

He was arrested in March after seeing his probation officer but he was later released. Unfortunately, it won’t be as easy for him this time around. The judge has held the rapper without bail and he’ll remain in custody until April 30th when his next hearing is scheduled.
