Post Malone’s Viral “Wow” Dancer Received VIP Treatment For Video Shoot

Not too long ago a dancing video went viral because it featured 40-year-old Mike Alancourt dancing his heart out to Post Malone’s single “Wow.” The choreography was filmed at 1 Dance Studio in Jacksonville, Florida – owned by Jen Colvin – and both Jen and Mike got the chance to kick it with Post Malone, who was such a big fan of the moves. 

TMZ reports that Post flew Mike out to Phoenix to do some background dancing at one of his shows and his team also filmed some clips of Mike bustin’ out some moves, all that was featured in the song’s official video that just dropped last night. 

“Wow” was released as just a standalone track, but we haven’t forgotten about the tweet Posty sent out in November of last year when he detailed how he was trying to release a new body of work. “Trying to put out a new body of work before the end of the year but we all know how that goes wish me luck k,” he wrote.

Him needing luck was in reference to the delays he was experiencing with his previous album, Beerbongs & Bentleys, that finally arrived in April of 2018 after much anticipation. 

A new project by Post is welcomed anyway.
