Post Malone Leads 2020 BBMA Nominations with 16, Kanye West Rules Gospel Categories

The 2020 Billboard Music Awards have been announced and out front in nominations is Post Malone with a whopping 16 awards. Following Posty is Lil Nas X with 13, Khalid with 12, Lizzo at 11, and Kanye West at 9.

The 2020 show will be hosted by Kelly Clarkson and broadcast from The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. on NBC.

Post Malone is nominated as Top Artist, Top Male Artist and Top Billboard 200 Artist, notching a total of 16 nods and only narrowly missing his personal record of 17 nominations in 2019. Kanye is running the gospel category by being nominated four times in the Top Gospel Song category.
