PnB Rock & Tee Grizzley’s “Go To Mars” Gets Lost On The Philly Freeway

PnB Rock & Tee Grizzley’s “Go To Mars” Gets Lost On The Philly Freeway

“Go To Mars” is the latest song to drop from PnB Rock’s forthcoming project TrapStar Turnt PopStar. As the title would suggest, Pnb Rock’s duet with Tee Grizzley deals with inebriated fun, by which the idiom of space travel is close to wearing out its welcome. Nevertheless, Grizzley’s appearance in the second verse signals a change of pace, and consequently a change of scenery – where he pledges himself to a late night score.

PnB has been hyping up TrapStar Turnt PopStar as if it were the final stage of his artistic development. Last month, the Philly native made several allusions to the project on social media, including confirmation of a posthumous guest spot reserved for the late XXXTentacion. It should be noted that PnB Rock and X were indeed close friends, so the posthumous tag was likely conceived with honest intentions. TrapStar Turnt PopStar drops in May. In the meantime, hit us with your thoughts on the Grizzley collab.

Quotable Lyrics:

This AP’ll light up yo’ life, this Draco’ll light up the night
You owe me money? Pull up with mine, you know I ain’t tellin’ you twice
‘Cause that choppa like yo’ ace, bitch, it ain’t gon’ miss you, n—a
And God really with you if I missed you, n—a
Switchin’ lanes in that Tiger, that’s a Bently, n—a
I fuck with Rock the long way, Detroit to Philly.
