Johnny Depp Says Amber Heard And Friend Faked Details Of 911 Abuse Call in 2016

If you’ve been following the whole mess with Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, you’ll know there’s been quite the back and forth of allegations and lawsuits between these two.

However, in the most recent news, the Blow actor is calling into question the 911 call placed by ex-wife Amber Heard’s friend, on the night that Heard claimed abuse.

Sources connected to Depp’s legal Team have disclosed information that reveals the star plans on filing evidence he believes to show discrepancies in the emergency call Heard’s friend, and author iO Tillet Wright, placed to the LAPD on May 21, 2016.

On the night of the attack, Heard had previously testified that she was on the phone with Wright, when Depp began physically attacking her. Wright declares that “I then heard Amber crying in fear and begging Johnny to stop his attack, thereafter I heard Amber scream out ‘Call 911’ before the call got disconnected. I called 911 to save Amber’s life.”

Depp’s Lawyers, however, have obtained the LAPD call logs from that night and have noticed some inconsistencies in the evidence. They’ve gathered video surveillance showing Depp leaving the residential building he shared with Heard in Los Angeles around 8:30 pm that night. Noting that the call to the LAPD wasn’t made until 10:00 pm, they point out how Wright waited over an hour and a half before placing the calls. This goes against Wright’s claims that he made the decision “in a split second” to call 911.

Depp’s attorney, Adam Waldman, dubs the incident “Amber Heard’s May 21 abuse hoax” and says that it “Officially began when her co-conspirator iO Tillett Wright dialed 911.” He adds that “Police logs show iO Tillett Wright didn’t call 911 in the middle of their concocted abuse charade as he testified clearly under oath ‘to save Amber’s life,’ nor at the moment Ms. Heard testified she screamed ‘call 911!’ to him in the middle of her fraud.”

LAPD officers who responded to the 911 calls found no signs of abuse on Heard when they arrived.

This information coming to light now, comes as a shock after Heard’s harrowing and emotional testimony, given back in 2016.

Heard refuses to back down though, and is currently trying to get the Defamation case filed by Depp dismissed and transferred to another venue, while Depp’s team is working on filing a “roadmap” of evidence later this month to keep the case from moving.
