Drake Set to Drop 'Certified Lover Boy' in January 2021

Drake has left fans speculating when he is going to drop his upcoming album Certified Lover Boy. Well now, he’s putting all of the speculation to rest.

According to a video posted on social media, Drake’s 6th studio album will be dropping in January of next year.

Drake made this announcement on his 34th birthday. The promo has Drake recreating some of his most iconic album covers from Take Care, Nothing Was The Same, and Dark Lane Demo Tapes. The video ends with a shot of the Certified Lover Boy initials on top of Toronto’s Roy Thomson Hall with 2021 flashing at the end.

The release date for his upcoming studio album has been pushed back a couple of times. It was first supposed to drop over the summer, but then when it didn’t people speculated that it would drop in October. His Lil Durk assisted single “Laugh Now Cry Later” dropped back in August.
