Ashanti and Keyshia Cole Was a Record-Setting Night for VERZUZ
After a couple of reschedulings, the Ashanti and Keyshia Cole VERZUZ came our way last Thursday. The battle was reminiscent of some of the earlier match-ups as the two were not in the same room for the event, however, the return to the past didn’t affect viewership as the Instagram numbers were a new record.
Following the battle, VERZUZ gave a breakdown of the stats, stating over 8.1 million viewers watched across all viewing platforms.
The stream brought in six million viewers in total, which is a new record and also raised the total follower count for the platform to 350,000.
