11-Year Old Girl Condemned Nazi Salutes In Class & Got Kicked Out

Complex reported on the story recently. A little girl was kicked out of class in Tennessee during an exercise because she was telling other students to stop giving the Nazi salute. In a series of numerous tweets, Keith Gamble, the girl’s father, shared the story and explained that his daughter shouted at the other kids “Stop it, put your hands down now!” The action led to the student’s removal from class and redirection to the principal’s office.

Accordingly, Gamble said fifth-grade pupils at the McFadden School of Excellence in Murfreesboro were given an assignment herein which they were to told to give the offensive salute in a Hitler-related exercise. Following the given task, the students continued to give each other the Nazi salute in the hallways and at recess for weeks. As such, Gamble affirms that every time her daughter attempted to speak on the issue, she was told: “not to address it.”

Furthermore, the girl speaking on the issue only led to further tormenting by her peers and made her a personal target in the Nazi salute ordeal. The father admitted to being very proud of his daughter and other students who spoke out. Though a spokesperson told BuzzFeed that Gamble’s daughter “was not disciplined or punished in any way for her concerns or actions.” Moreover, the school rep added that the institution condemns the actions of the offending students. We are expecting more information on this in the future.
